Rounded front fascia includes thin, full-width deign which includes headlights and something that represents faux grille. The lower portion of the front fascia has wide and slim air intake and modern looking fog lights. Two boomerang-shaped chrome strips are also present on the front side connecting the base of the front fenders and the edge of the hood. The profile features also dynamic design with swoopy contours and sharp character line. Interesting is also long rear overhang and sculpted boot with modern-looking taillights. As for features, the model includes power supply which can be used for charging different items. The focus is also on the safety gear and model includes many advanced safety systems and some of them are lane departure warning, adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking and  forward collision mitigation.

Performance-wise, the 2017 Mitsubishi GR-HEV Concept is equipped with advanced hybrid system which includes diesel engine. The diesel is a 2.5 liter capacity unit which is combined with high-spec electric motor and system also includes battery pack. The Concept model also uses advanced all-wheel drive with super all-wheel control system.  It promises to deliver great traction and stability as well as impressive performance. This system can work in regular and high efficiency modes with both rear- and four-wheel drive configurations.
