Next-Gen 2024 Nissan Titan Review

There are rumors that Nissan will get rid of the Titan. But, a refreshed version of the truck will hit the market in late 2023. A few minor changes to the body of the truck are expected to be done, as well as maybe a new engine option. The 2024 Nissan Titan is an answer to the new full-size trucks appearing recently.

Also, the new pickup might get some special versions. Diesel is still an option. But, the Warrior and a smaller petrol unit are more likely to happen.

Specs

The 2024 Nissan Titan will likely come with just one engine and transmission combination. It will be a well-known 5.6L V8 that produces 400 hp and 420 pound-feet of torque and it will be mated to a 9-speed automatic transmission. Towing capacity remains the same as last year’s model and it will be 9300 pounds. The Titan comes with a rear-wheel drive, but an all-wheel drive is also an option. There are rumors that the upcoming model may add an additional powertrain option. If this rumor is true, it will probably be a turbo V6 engine from the Nissan Z, tuned specifically for a pickup truck.

The new truck for 2024 comes in five different trim levels, each with its own unique features and equipment, in the form of Nissan Titan S, Nissan Titan SV, Midnight Edition, Nissan Titan PRO-4X, and Nissan Titan Platinum Reserve. In addition, there are two options for cabs. The King Cab has a length of 6.5 feet and the Crew Cab has a length of 5.5 feet. Crew Cab comes with all five trim levels and King Cab comes with S and SV trims available.

2024 Nissan Titan Warrior

Based on the concept from a few years ago, Nissan could introduce the Titan Warrior this year. This model is designed for extreme terrain and weather conditions. It will stand on huge 32-inch tires. The entire lower part of the vehicle will be protected by a steel plate that ends in an underride guard at the front of the vehicle. Featuring a lot of chrome parts and modern accents, the truck will look like armor from the future and hint at its sporty side. The Nissan Titan Warrior 2024 will be powered by a 5-liter turbodiesel engine with 340 horsepower and 540 foot-pounds of torque, paired with a 9-speed automatic transmission. Towing capacity will be 9000 pounds. The price of the Nissan Titan Warrior is difficult to predict, but it is expected to start at $47,000 and rise up to $51,000.

2024 Nissan Titan XD

The 2024 Nissan Titan XD will get an upgraded engine under the hood, according to recent reports. It will have a smaller displacement than last year’s model (gasoline 6.2 Liters), but thanks to modern turbo diesel technology it will have higher torque and possibly the same or even more horsepower. It will result in higher maximum towing capacity and also better fuel economy.

There won’t be much change in the visual appearance of the truck. The truck’s exterior will be slightly different, especially the revised grille and hood, which will have a more aggressive look. A set of 18-inch wheels can be added to the truck for an additional charge. The truck comes with standard 17-inch wheels. The interior of the upcoming Nissan Titan XD will remain spacious and luxurious for up to 6 passengers. A redesigned wireless charging pad, improved information system, and slightly revised leather seats will all add additional comfort to the Titan XD, which is already comfortable and luxurious.

Numerous interior updates will surely enhance the already comfortable and luxurious interior. Nissan Titan XD will come with only one Cab option that will be Crew Cab and it will be available in 4 trims ( S, SV, PRO 4X, Platinum Reserve)The base price for this model will be $41.000 and will increase up to $47.000 depending on the additional equipment the customer picks.
