Rapidly growing mid-size pickup truck class has many good and refreshed options to offer and it is surely hard decision what ute to pick. It probably depends from what you actually want to own. However, manufactures are trying to cover all kind of demands and they offer different versions of the same. Some will be more luxury oriented for those who are purchasing pickups as part of their life style and others for those that need truck for its main purposes, towing and hauling or in some cases for adventurous off-roading. Nissan has option for all mentioned cases and it is Nissan Frontier.

This model has been here since 1998 and since then it received serious redesign in 2005. Next notable upgrade came for 2009 year as mid-cycle refresh when off-road focused PRO-4X version was also introduced. Since then only mild upgrades have been promoted for this model and the same case is with 2016 model year. For this year model only several color options and sunroof has been added as standard for SV version. As for 2016 Nissan Frontier PRO-4X, this off-roader continues unchanged. On the other hand main Frontier’s rivals like 2016 Toyota Tacoma, Chevrolet Colorado and GMC Canyon have been redesigned or upgraded. Its appearance isn’t aggressive and rugged as found on other models but it is well-proportioned and with balanced sculpting.
